      Work on Rawalpindi Rind Road will start in July 2017 after EID-UL-FITR
      Completion is expected by end of 2017.
      Rawalpindi Ring Road is included in CPEC as it will connect Rawat Industrial Zone to New Islamabad International Airport.

      Good news is that according to new survey for RAWALPINDI RING ROAD, Garden Town Rawalpindi will be on Ring Road.

      Time to invest is always before completion as people buy properties before completion of work and prices increase. After the completion of Rawalpindi Ring Road people will see properties and prices will fall. If you want good profits in future, this is the right time to invest in Garden Town Rawalpindi.

      PTI has not allowed Bahria Town in Peshawar due to political scams of BT
      Hopefully they will allow after 2018 election not before
      This is what dealers in Peshawar are telling
      Even some are saying that DHA Peshawar has pressure to delay Bahria Town project in Peshawar

      According to Bahria Town, they have planned Bahria Town Peshawar and announcement is delayed due to un described reasons and will be announced on later date.

    There are many Scams these days especially related to property where people collect the public hard earned money and run away..

    I am saying this bcz these days u dont get any thing in this price..

      You have every right to ask any question. Yes there are many scam societies and even big brands in Pakistan have looted the general public via many land / housing scams.

      Yes I have visited their office on Main Adyala Road in JEA PLAZA
      I have also visited the society. GARDEN TOWN RAWALPINDI has approximately 1500 Kanal land in hand and they have already bought 2500 & 1000 extra adjacent lands. So total land of Garden Town will be 5000 KANALS

      Why prices are low?
      1- Society is announced just few months back
      2- Society has recently developed the master plan
      3- Society is developing roads and infrastructure work

      PRICE AT THE MOMENT = 1.5 LAC PER MARLA
      EXPECTED PRICE IN JULY 2017 = 3 LAC PER MARLA
      EXPECTED PRICE BY END OF 2017 AND AFTER COMPLETION OF RAWALPINDI RING ROAD = 5 LAC PER MARLA

      is one of the best housing schemes of Multan city
      Multan will be the provincial capital of Saraiki Province in future.
      Multan will be developed as mega city will modern infrastructure and center of technology and production.

      DHA Multan is not for short term investment but for long term investment. After 5 years in 2022 DHA Multan will be developed and much inhabited and 5 Marla plot price will be 40-50 Lac.

      Small plots always retain value due to large pool of buyers. Invest in DHA Multan without fear but for long term not for speculation.

      But strange that Garden Town Lahore and Garden Town Gujranwala are the best areas for living.

      Yes I has said many times that crackdown on black money will crash the property prices in Pakistan.

      Do you think Garden Town Rawalpindi is the target of black money people. No. People with black money will buy expensive properties to whiten their money and their main target is DHA & BAHRIA OR OLD SECTORS OF ISLAMABAD

      Garden Town Rawalpindi is for genuine buyers with white money as its price is very affordable. Due to the absence of black money, prices will not fall. Even prices will rise in Garden Town Rawalpindi as people will divert their investments to low cost housing schemes as these are secure and are resilient to price fluctuation.

      Therefore, Garden Town Rawalpindi is safe and secure investment that will double in span of 8-10 months.
