The government of Punjab has planned Ring Road for Rawalpindi city. This ring road is the part of CPEC and will connect Rawat Industrial Estate to Fatehjang Road. Rawalpindi Ring Road will have Channi Bridge Interchange, Chak Bali Road Interchange, Rawat Interchange, Gorakh Pur Interchange, Adyala Interchange, Dhamial Interchange, Chakri Interchange, Motorway Interchange and Fatehjang Interchange.

Due to Rawalpindi Ring Road many areas will come to prominence as it will provide easy access. Areas on both sides of Rawalpindi Ring Road will see property price rise. After the construction of Lahore Ring Road, property prices have increased by many folds. Same will happen to the areas adjacent to the Ring Road in Rawalpindi.       Much will be clear when construction of Rawalpindi Ring Road Will start
      We always see many changes in development plans

    how is the investment for near future?
    and if we want to build a basement and one floor on 10marla how much it will cost for average making

      Sector B-17 Islamabad is one of the beautiful sectors of Islamabad. Its very near to CPEC. In future we will see much price rise. But make sure you invest for long time not for short time like 2020-2022.
      Double storey 10 Marla house with normal finish will cost you approximately 65 LAC.

      Road always connect different regions
      Location is what defines the price of property. Due to Rawalpindi Ring Road, many housing schemes will come to prominence. All societies you mentioned and many societies en route to Rawalpindi Ring Road will see price rise in future.

      Definitely prices will rise. If some one has property there its time to hold and sell after the completion of Rawalpindi Ring Road

    what abt alharam city and danyal town regarding ring road and investment purpose. good time to invest there??? also plz tel cbrphase 2. will it fall under RR or not. what wud be worth of investing in cbr phase 2 nowadays. waiting for yout honest and brotherly responce.. b hapy . thnx

      CBR Phase 2 is also close to Rawalpindi Ring Road as RR will have Thalian Interchange.
      CBR Phase 2, Alharam City, Danyal Town, University Town, Garden Town, MPCHS Islamabad, PAF Tarnol Islamabad and all societies near to Ring Road and New Islamabad International Airport are hot investment as property prices will increase in near future.

      Ch. Nisar Ali Khan sb. will inaugurate the construction work in July 2017 and completion date is 4 months so end of November or December 2017.

    Good to see developments in Rawalpindi. Societies near Rawat Adyala Road and Fatehjang will see big price boost due to Rawalpindi Ring Road.

      Yes
      Rawalpindi Ring Road is part of CPEC – China Pakistan Economic Corridor and will connect Rawat to Fatehjang Road.
      It will easy traffic problems as heavy traffic from Khyber to Lahore will use it without entering the city
      Rawalpindi Ring Road will serve like bypass road with single free corridor

      Property prices in Rawat, Fatehjang and on both sides of Rawalpindi Ring Road will see big boost.

            Sector I-15 will not get major advantage from Rawalpindi Ring Road as its already close to New Airport, Motorway,Kashmir Highway and G.T. Road

          Rawalpindi Ring Road will have positive impact on prices of Bahria Rawalpindi and DHA Islamabad
          BUT
          Both societies are target of people with black money to whiten it
          In case of crackdown on black money, property prices will crash in both Societies
